71530. Ordinances may be passed by the voters of a district in
accordance with the methods provided by the Elections Code for direct
legislation in cities.
71531. Ordinances may be disapproved and vetoed by the voters of a
district in accordance with the methods provided by the Elections
Code for protesting against legislation in cities.
