SECTION 50170
50170. Guardians, conservators, executors, administrators and other
persons holding land in a trust capacity under appointment of court
may sign petitions or bylaws or vote without obtaining special
authority therefor. Corporation landowners may sign petitions or
bylaws or vote by action of their legal representatives.
