SECTION 23560
23560. A district may issue distribution district warrants signed
by its president and secretary from receipts of distribution district
assessments and charges in such amounts and to the United States or
such persons as may be required to carry out the provisions of a
contract between a distribution district and the United States,
executed under the federal reclamation laws.
