SECTION 2075-2076
2075. In case suit is brought in a federal court for determination
of rights to water within, or partially within, this State, the board
may accept a reference of such suit as master or referee for the
court.
2076. In acting under this chapter the board shall proceed
according to the rules of practice and procedure of the court or as
otherwise directed by the court.
