SECTION 1075-1076
1075. As used in this chapter, "proceeding" means any inquiry,
investigation, hearing, ascertainment, or other proceeding ordered or
undertaken by the board pursuant to this code.
1076. As used in this chapter, "evidence" means any paper, book,
map, account, or document.
