SECTION 36400
36400. No person shall move or drive a lift-carrier or other
vehicle designed and used exclusively for the lifting and carrying of
implements of husbandry or tools used exclusively for the production
or harvesting of agricultural products at a speed in excess of 35
miles per hour.
