SECTION 34100
34100. A violation of this division or of any regulation adopted by
the commissioner pursuant to this division is a misdemeanor. No
person shall operate a tank vehicle upon a highway in violation of
this division or of any regulation adopted by the commissioner
pursuant to this division.
