UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE CODE
SECTION 10501
10501. Any public assistance recipient who successfully completes a
job training program approved under this part shall be exempted from
the payment of those fees normally associated with any examination
or certification required by state law if the employment opportunity
is for the job for which the recipient was trained.
