SECTION 7540




7540. A person committing any of the following acts shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor:
(a) Willful false reporting in conjunction with a report or a
request for testing under this title.
(b) Willful use or disclosure of test results or confidential
information in violation of any of the provisions of this title.




 




Dr Conrad Murray has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter. Murray has admitted giving Michael Jackson the powerful hospital anaesthetic propofol. He has been convicted of homicide through his acts of criminal negligence under California penal code 192 (b).
