SECTION 28000




28000. A person who is exempt from Section 27545 or is otherwise
not required by law to report acquisition, ownership, or disposal of
a handgun or who moves out of this state with the person's handgun
may report that to the Department of Justice in a format prescribed
by the department.


 




Dr Conrad Murray has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter. Murray has admitted giving Michael Jackson the powerful hospital anaesthetic propofol. He has been convicted of homicide through his acts of criminal negligence under California penal code 192 (b).
