SECTION 13828-13828.1




13828. The Legislature hereby finds and declares that there is a
need to develop and provide training programs regarding the handling
of judicial proceedings involving the victims of child sexual abuse.
It is the intent of the Legislature in enacting this chapter to
provide training programs which will ensure that children who are the
victims of sexual abuse shall be treated with special consideration
during all proceedings related to allegations of child sexual abuse,
including all trials and administrative hearings.



13828.1. From funds appropriated for those purposes, the Judicial
Council shall establish and maintain an ongoing program to provide
training for the judicial branch of government relating to the
handling of child sexual abuse cases.


 




Dr Conrad Murray has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter. Murray has admitted giving Michael Jackson the powerful hospital anaesthetic propofol. He has been convicted of homicide through his acts of criminal negligence under California penal code 192 (b).
