SECTION 12640.20
12640.20. The commissioner shall collect in advance a fee of four
hundred seventy-two dollars ($472) from each mortgage guaranty
insurer for the examination and analysis of the reinsurance
contracts, final prospectus, and private placement memorandum filed
with the commissioner after the issuance of a pool insurance policy.
