HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 5475
5475. No right or obligation accrued by the formation or operation
of a municipal sewer district pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
673, Statutes of 1909, is affected by the repeal of that act, and any
district organized may continue in existence and subject to that
act.
