SECTION 18925
18925. The commission shall appoint an Executive Director of the
California Building Standards Commission, who shall hold office at
the pleasure of the commission. The executive director shall make
public the processes of the commission. The executive director shall
appoint, in accordance with civil service and other provisions of
law, officers and employees necessary to carry out the intent and
purposes of this part.
