HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 1797.121
1797.121. The authority shall report to the Legislature on the
effectiveness of the systems provided for in this division on or
before January 1, 1984, and annually thereafter, including within
this report, systems impact evaluations on death and disability.
