HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 11778
11778. It is the intent of the Legislature that the department and
the counties maintain a cooperative partnership to assure effective
implementation of the provisions of this division as described in
Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 11795) of this part.
