SECTION 113945-113945.1
113945. The permitholder shall be the person in charge or shall
designate a person in charge and shall ensure that a person in charge
is present at the food facility during all hours of operation.
113945.1. Except as specified in Section 113984.1, the person in
charge shall ensure that persons unnecessary to the food facility
operation shall not be allowed in the food preparation, food storage,
or warewashing areas.
