SECTION 100950
100950. The department shall administer this part, Section 100295,
Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 101175) of Part 3, and Part 3
(commencing with Section 124300) of Division 106 and shall adopt
necessary regulations. These regulations shall be adopted only after
consultation with and approval by the California Conference of Local
Health Officers. Approval of these regulations shall be by majority
vote of those present at an official session.
