SECTION 6895-6896
6895. "Native amphibians" as used in this article means
salamanders, toads, or any other member of the class amphibia native
to California.
6896. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the commission
shall establish rules for the commercial take, sale, transport,
export, or import of native amphibians.
