FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 4182
4182. Notwithstanding any other provision of this code to the
contrary, the 51st District Agricultural Association may enter into
leases or joint operational agreements with any public agency with
respect to the use of land and facilities for district purposes.
