FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 2001-2003
2001. There is in each county government the county department of
agriculture.
2002. The county department of agriculture is under the control of
the county agricultural commissioner.
2003. The California Agricultural Commissioners and Sealers
Association shall be recognized as the official representative body
on behalf of county agricultural commissioners and sealers.
