SECTION 16301-16303
16301. Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions in
this chapter govern the construction of this part.
16302. "Animal" includes any domestic bovine animal, horse, mule,
burro, sheep, goat, or swine, or the hide, carcass, or portion of a
carcass of any such animal.
16303. "Inspector" means a hide and brand inspector. It includes
the persons who are specified in Section 20010.
