SECTION 60520-60521
60520. Any money received by the state board from the sale of
obsolete instructional materials pursuant to this chapter shall be
deposited in the State Instructional Materials Fund.
60521. Any money received by the governing board of a school
district from the sale of instructional materials pursuant to this
code shall be used to purchase instructional materials.
