SECTION 59300
59300. Notwithstanding any provision of this part to the contrary,
the district of residence of the parent or guardian of any pupil
attending a state-operated school pursuant to this part, excluding
day pupils, shall pay the school of attendance for each pupil an
amount equal to 10 percent of the excess annual cost of education of
pupils attending a state-operated school pursuant to this part.
