SECTION 45450-45451
45450. The governing board of any school district may employ, in
accordance with the provisions of this chapter, such personnel as may
be necessary to act as guards at pedestrian crossings to ensure the
safety of schoolchildren who use such intersections.
45451. The governing board of any school district which employs
school crossing guards pursuant to this article may be reimbursed
from funds including, but not limited to, those collected pursuant to
Sections 42200 and 42201 of the Vehicle Code.
