SECTION 9250-9251
9250. In investing, reinvesting, purchasing, acquiring, exchanging,
selling, and managing a corporation's investments, the board shall
meet the standards set forth in Section 9241.
9251. Nothing in Section 9250 shall abrogate or restrict the power
of a court in proper cases to direct or permit a corporation to
deviate from the terms of a trust or agreement regarding the making
or retention of investments.
