SECTION 4991-4991.2
4991. This chapter shall be known, and may be cited, as the
Clinical Social Worker Practice Act. It shall be liberally construed
to effect its objectives.
4991.1. A person engages in the practice of clinical social work
when he or she performs or offers to perform or holds himself or
herself out as able to perform this service for remuneration in any
form, including donations.
4991.2. "Accredited school of social work," within the meaning of
this chapter, is a school that is accredited by the Commission on
Accreditation of the Council on Social Work Education.
